Ministry Team
Meet four pillars of faith and steadfast service: Jerry James, Dr. Danny Parton, Pastor Mark Dibler, and Pastor Mark Tinsley—Godly men who have each served in ministry for over two decades. These faithful pastors, preachers, and Bible teachers are not only seasoned in the Word of God but unwavering in their love for the Lord Jesus Christ. They also serve as accountability pastors for BNC Ministries, offering spiritual oversight, counsel, and encouragement to the entire team. Brother Jerry James and Dr. Danny Parton, though retired from full-time pastoral roles, continue to preach revivals, encourage local churches, and fill pulpits with Holy Spirit–led preaching whenever called upon. Pastor Mark Dibler serves full-time as the pastor of Bible Baptist Church in Pickens, South Carolina, where he has faithfully ministered since 1993, and Pastor Mark Tinsley pastors West End Baptist Church in Easley, South Carolina. A former missionary to Cyprus and host of the weekly Biblical Manhood broadcast, Pastor Tinsley equips men to lead their homes and churches with biblical conviction. Each of these men stands firmly on the authority of the King James Bible, living lives that reflect genuine salvation, strong character, and a deep love for God’s people.
But they’re not alone—BNC Ministries was founded in 2006 by JC Mullinax, whose God-given vision to get the Word of God into the hands and hearts of people around the world continues to guide this ministry today. Joining him are faithful men and women who serve with passion and purpose: Brother Craig Peters, a truck-driving evangelist who hosts Minute Manna and Mana Minutes; Brother Joel Bright, host of Love Lifted Me, who also leads outreach to nursing homes, shelters, and battered women in the Upstate; Brother Mike Robinson, host of A Sip of Water, who teaches the College and Career class at West End Baptist Church and serves as a deacon; Brother Anselm Salins, evangelist and host of Biblical Pulse, who brings decades of wisdom and insight from both the Word and experience; Brother David Oney, host of Daily Meds YouTube Shorts, who also leads BNC’s daily Monday through Friday prayer and devotion conference line; and Kinsey Richards, our Broadcasts and Technology Team Lead, a Navy veteran who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes while also hosting his own podcast.
Together, this Christ-centered team is committed to sharing the gospel, strengthening the saints, and serving the Lord with excellence. Every member stands on the unshakable foundation of the Word of God and is driven by a love for Jesus Christ, the local church, and the lost. Meet the full ministry team below.
Preacher Jerry James
BNC Ministries Lead Preacher
Preacher Jerry James is a faithful Bible teacher and longtime servant of the Lord with BNC Ministries. He is best known for his daily devotional broadcast 5 Minutes in the Word, airing weekday mornings at 8:00 AM, and his weekly Church Thursday’s series on Thursday nights at 8:00 PM. Brother Jerry’s messages are rooted in the King James Bible and are known for their clarity, conviction, and encouragement. His heart for the Lord and for people shines through every message he shares, making complex truths of Scripture simple and relatable for everyday Christians. A devoted husband, proud father of four, and joyful grandfather, Jerry brings warmth and wisdom to his teaching. One of his favorite verses to preach is Isaiah 58:1—“Cry aloud, spare not, lift up thy voice like a trumpet, and shew my people their transgression…”—a verse that reflects his bold and compassionate approach to ministry. Dr. Danny Parton
Accountability Pastor
Dr. Danny Parton is a seasoned man of God with over 45 years of preaching experience and one of the original founding members of BNC Ministries. He began his ministry through the Rock of Ages prison outreach, faithfully preaching the gospel behind bars and laying the groundwork for a lifetime of evangelism and pastoral service. Dr. Parton went on to serve as the lead pastor and mentor to fellow founding member JC Mullinax before retiring from full-time ministry. Though retired, he continues to preach revivals, fill pulpits, and strengthen churches across the region. A firm believer in the authority of the Word of God, he is known for his strong convictions, compassionate spirit, and love for sound doctrine. Dr. Danny deeply loves his Lord Jesus Christ, his family, his church, and his country—the United States of America. A proud South Carolinian and lifelong fan of Carolina Gamecocks football, he stands as a bold, conservative voice for truth and righteousness in these last days.

Pastor Mark Dibler
Accountability Pastor for BNC Ministries & Pastor of Bible Baptist Church in Pickens, SC
Pastor Mark Dibler has faithfully served as the full-time pastor of Bible Baptist Church in Pickens, South Carolina since May 1993, ministering alongside his wife, Lisa Dibler. Mark and is a graduate of Tabernacle Baptist College in Greenville, SC. Pastor Dibler is widely respected for his compassionate heart, sound Bible teaching, and unwavering commitment to soul-winning and missions. He is also a trusted accountability pastor and Bible teacher for BNC Ministries, providing spiritual oversight and doctrinal support to the ministry team. Known affectionately as “Preacher Mark,” he has impacted countless lives through pastoral counseling, biblical preaching, and personal discipleship—all grounded firmly in the King James Bible. Bible Baptist Church is the home church for fellow BNC laborers Preacher Jerry James and Bible teacher Anselm Salines, and continues to be a lighthouse of truth in the foothills of South Carolina.

Pastor Mark Tinsley
Accountability / Home Base Pastor
Pastor Mark Tinsley is the full-time pastor of West End Baptist Church in Easley, South Carolina, which also serves as the home base for BNC Ministries. He is a dedicated Bible teacher and host of the weekly broadcast Biblical Manhood, airing every Tuesday at 10:45 AM Eastern. With over 30 years of walking with the Lord and a background as a missionary to Cyprus, Pastor Mark brings sound doctrine, pastoral care, and practical teaching to both his church and the broader ministry. He also serves as the Treasurer for BNC Ministries. Mark is married and has two children, one of whom is autistic. His heart for discipleship, his love for Jesus, and his passion for strengthening Christian men and families are at the core of everything he does for the Lord.

Joel Bright
Joel Bright is a devoted Bible teacher and preacher with BNC Ministries and the host of Love Lifted Me, a weekly broadcast that airs every Wednesday morning at 8:30 AM. He faithfully attends Cannon Mountain Baptist Church in Pickens, South Carolina, where he leads the music ministry, fills in for Pastor Shannon McKee when needed, and serves through the church’s van ministry—picking up children and adults for services and returning them safely home. Joel is also actively involved in several outreach efforts, including a nursing home ministry on Sundays, a homeless shelter ministry, preaching regularly at the Home of the Heart in Wren, South Carolina, and ministering to battered women in Easley. He is joyfully married to the love of his life and is the proud father of four grown children. Joel lives in Six Mile, South Carolina, and his life and ministry are firmly rooted in the King James Bible. His humble service, compassionate heart, and deep love for the Lord Jesus Christ make him a treasured part of both his local church and the BNC Ministries family.

Bible Teacher Mike Robinson
Hosts The “College and Carees” and “A Sip of Water” Broadcasts
Bible Teacher Mike Robinson is a faithful servant of BNC Ministries and the host of A Sip of Water, airing every Tuesday and Thursday morning at 9:00 AM. He also teaches the College and Career class every Sunday morning at 10:15 AM at West End Baptist Church in Easley, South Carolina, where he helps young adults navigate life through the lens of Scripture. In addition to teaching, Mike serves as a deacon over building and grounds at his church, using his skills and heart for service to care for God’s house. A former TV repairman and longtime electrician, Mike brings a down-to-earth, practical teaching style rooted firmly in the King James Bible. Known for his clear explanations, humble spirit, and love for the Word of God, Mike encourages believers to grow in grace, walk in truth, and drink deeply from the living water found only in Jesus Christ.

Kinsey Richards serves as the Broadcasts and Technology Team Lead for BNC Ministries, where he plays a vital role in managing the digital and technical aspects of the ministry’s outreach. A proud U.S. Navy veteran, Kinsey brings both discipline and innovation to his work. He resides in Kentucky with his wife and 4 children. In addition to his ministry work, Kinsey hosts a personal podcast, sharing insights and engaging conversations that reflect his diverse interests and experience.

David Oney
Dailey Devotional and Prayer Team Leader
David Oney serves as the Daily Devotional & Ministry Leader for BNC Ministries. He is the host of the popular “Daily Meds” video series, offering quick, 60-second doses of biblical truth and encouragement each weekday. Saved in 1975 and called to preach in 2004, David has spent decades faithfully serving the Lord alongside his wife, Tammy. Together, they have two children and five grandchildren. David’s ministry began with teaching children and has expanded to include writing, counseling, media outreach, and discipleship. He has a deep passion for lifting up fellow believers and glorifying Christ in all things. He currently lives in Cassville, Missouri, and continues to be a steady and uplifting voice across BNC’s digital platforms.

Anselm Salins
Host of Biblical Pulse Podcast
Anselm Salins is the host of the Biblical Pulse podcast on BNC Ministries and a passionate teacher and evangelist whose heart beats for Jesus, his family, and his church. Originally from India, he has lived in the United States for the past 30 years and faithfully attends Bible Baptist Church in Pickens, SC. Married to Shalin and a proud father of two grown children, Anselm draws on his cross‑centered experience and deep biblical conviction to lead listeners into a richer walk with the Lord through heartfelt teaching, authentic testimony, and earnest evangelism.

Based in Valdosta, Georgia, Craig is a faithful member of Redland Baptist Church and uses every opportunity—whether behind the wheel or on a break—to hand out Bibles and gospel tracts to fellow truck drivers and motorists across the country. He is joyfully married to the love of his life, Becky Peters, and is the proud father of two daughters and grandfather to one grandson. Craig’s heart for the lost, bold witness for Christ, and commitment to sound doctrine make him a treasured part of the BNC Ministries family.
